Primary job responsibility is to direct the operations of multiple accounts under the direction and guidance of the Manager. Specific responsibilities include...

  • maintain scheduling of staff and job site
  • enforce work standards in conjunction with the Manager
  • monitor overall inventory/equipment usage and safety maintenance and upkeep of equipment in account
  • problem analysis and problem solving
  • allocate use of available resources
  • monitor and assist staff with work progress
  • perform janitorial and maintenance duties
  • special project work as requested and other duties as assigned
  • responsible for the operational duties of an account through hands-on training and supervision
  • conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory as well as general use of equipment
  • provide individual guidance and motivation to staff to enable each one to perform to his/her fullest potential
  •  monitor staff performance including recommendations for performance reviews
  • demonstrate and promote Company culture, values, and management philosophy

  • Must have one to three years of supervisory experience in a service-related field
  • Must have a Texas driver's license and have a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Strong service/quality attitude.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in equipment safety.
  • Must adhere to company's non-discrimination policies.


  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
  • Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment
  • Sufficient manual dexterity and physical ability to perform assigned tasks
